  • representation at public auction hearings
  • interpretation of statutes of limitations for disputed debts
  • representation in court proceedings and direct recovery proceedings before the Financial Agency (FINA) for the purpose of confiscating funds
  • representation in enforcement proceedings for the purpose of recovering debt/claims by selling real estate
