Property law

Property law is a set of legal rules that regulate social relations arising with regard to direct economic exploitation of things, or in short – a set of legal rules regulating social relations with regard to things. This is the definition of property law in the objective sense. In the subjective sense, property law is defined by different powers over things recognised by the norms of objective law as vested in subjects of property law relations.
